Vacuum Packing

Vacuum packing keeps food by sucking air out from its packaging.  Food is thus prevented from spoiling because there is no air.

Vacuum packing is commonly used for storing nuts, sliced fish, pickled and dried fruit.

  1. Yes, it’s true that vacuum sealing is a great way to increase food storage space and extend the shelf-life of perishables. The intent is usually to remove oxygen from the container to extend the shelf life of foods and, with flexible package forms. So, thank you so much for this sharing.
